Feedback and complaints

How to make a complaint.

If something has not met your expectations, AMGENT wants the concern to be raised clearly and handled through the formal complaints process.

AMGENT complaints and client support

Start by contacting AMGENT or the Licensee’s Complaints Manager.

You can contact AMGENT about the issue, or contact the Complaints Manager of Spark Advisors Australia Pty Ltd directly at compliance@sparkfg.com.au. The current FSG states that complaints will be handled quickly, fairly and within the prescribed timeframes.

01

Describe the concern

Explain what happened, the outcome you are seeking and provide any documents or dates that may help the matter be reviewed.

02

Internal resolution

If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, the current FSG explains your right to take the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
